Session 18: Meditate

Get into your jammies, grab your pillow and a blanket, and let’s meditate this evening. We are using the YouTube 30 days of meditation with DoYouYoga. click here for link It’s a good one–you’ll like it!  Meditation is a great skill to have for your journey to emotional health.  When you don’t have the energy or motivation to do anything else, try just 10 minutes of meditation to clear out the cobwebs in your mind.
