Session 20: Martial Arts

Two sessions ago, we did the calm solution for stress, (meditation) and this week we are switching to something more high energy! Sometimes you just need to punch it out. I’m not expecting perfection by any means. Remember that each session is a chance to try something new on for size. You may love it and want to continue past one time, or it may not be your thing at all. Our goal is to have a variety of “tools” to choose from when we need them.

Check out YouTube for martial arts tutorials and workouts, push the furniture out of the way, and have a good time! You can also dust off the wii and Kinect for some fun martial arts style games.
