Session 26: Work Out!

This session we are exercising, because it makes us feel good, look good, and personally, I think it’s fun! I did a lot of aerobics in high school and when my girls were little. Since then, I’ve tried many different ways to stay active. The key is to get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day. Not too much to ask, right?

YouTube is a great resource for fun exercise routines. My favorites are Blogilates, Relentless Jake, and SeanVigueFitness.  Feel free to share your favorites in the comments!
