Session 46: Art Journal–I am Thankful

Take time this week to make a list of everything that you love and are thankful for.  Think of the tiniest things. Use your senses.  Write down feelings about people, places and things.  The list can be as long or as short as you want.  Prep a couple of pages in your art journal, and record your thoughts.  Re-visit these pages as often as you need to remind yourself to be thankful the little things.
