Session 63: Take a Comfort Day

What gives you the most comfort? Think about food, clothing, tv or movies, books, spaces in your home.

Give yourself permission to get in your pj’s and eat your favorite flavor of ice cream while snuggled in your favorite blanket. Watch a show or two that you’ve been meaning to catch up on. You don’t have to be sick or sad or in pain to take a comfort day. This is a great activity even when you’re feeling great!
