This looked like a fun rainy day craft, so we decided to experiment with the recipes here: http://mommaowlslab.blogspot.com/…/science-thursday-glitter… I found the glitter glue to work best–but you have to be patient and wait a few hours for the clumps to dissolve. The glycerine was really expensive, and I don’t think the results were as nice. Making these reminded me of the times as kids when we’d go outside and put rocks, sticks, dirt, and flower petals into bottles and call it perfume! I also found a great recipe for diy sticker remover for your bottles. It works really well and won’t give you a headache from fumes.
