We made it to 100 sessions!!! I can’t tell you how happy I am that we’re here. This is a huge milestone. I hope you are enjoying it as much as I am.
Today, let’s “art” our emotions. Take an inventory of how you’re feeling in this very moment, then explore art in one of these categories:
Work with soft materials like faux fur or fuzzy yarn
Blow paint with a straw or tear paper for a mosaic
Take your art outside, sketch a landscape (weather permitting)
Art with uplifting music
Create something for someone else, or choose something from your Pinterest board that you’ve wanted to try
Big project that requires hammer and nails (this would be good for angry, too)
Mindless work like knitting or crocheting
