Session 122: Origami

I’ve loved origami since I was very young. The first thing I learned to make was a jumping frog, then moved on to folded notes that looked like shirts, to flowers and more difficult projects. Origami is very portable, so take your session out today if you can! Fold your paper napkin ring from a restaurant into a tiny crane, or leave a flower made from a flyer at a parade.
Now, this is art therapy, so if you are unfamiliar with origami, start with a very easy project like a paper star, or a box. It won’t do you any favors if you’re throwing your project in frustration by the end!
