Session 123: Tai Chi
It’s been nearly 20 years since the last time I tried tai chi, but as I practiced it this morning, it came back easily. I forgot how much I enjoy it! Find a routine that works for you on YouTube. (I tried this one: https://youtu.be/hlg9kxA90bM the sound quality isn’t the best, but it’s easy to follow, and there’s a bonus face massage!) Give it a try, and see what you think! For me, it was a nice, easy routine to help loosen my stiff muscles after hiking yesterday.
